Description

The dovecote, located 20 metres north of East Hoe House, is a medieval circular structure. Its walls are made of flint, and the interior, which has been much eroded, is faced with chalk and contains pigeon holes. On the south side, there is a stone-framed doorway featuring a pointed arch. The dovecote was thatched until the present century, but it is now roofless.
