Description
The Verrall tomb, located 5 yards south of the Church of St John the Baptist, is a chest tomb dated 1787. It is made of dressed stone and features a moulded plinth on a wide base, with panelled sides, gadrooned baluster corners, and a corniced lid. The tomb is inscribed to William Verrall, who died in 1787.
