Description
This is an 18th and 19th century house, originally Upham Stores and Post Office. The house is constructed of painted brickwork, with some areas in a rat-trap bond, and a north wing of flint with brick dressings. It has a hipped tile roof. The east front has two storeys and three windows, with a single-storey service wing extending northwards, which was formerly a bakery. The upper windows are sash windows, while the ground floor windows are casements. There is a 6-panelled door within an architrave, set within a trellis porch. A brick boundary wall, constructed in panels and surmounted by a plain wrought-iron rail, runs along the property.
