Description

Wood Cottage at Holt Farm is a likely 16th century timber-framed cottage with red brick infilling. It originally had a hipped thatched roof, but the south side is now covered with asbestos sheeting. The cottage features casement windows and is two storeys high with two windows. Inside, there is a large chimney breast. Overall, the cottage is in a state of dereliction.
