Description

April Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage constructed of brick on a flint plinth, topped with an old plain tile roof. It is attached at the rear to Old Post Cottage and features a layout of four bays by two bays, with two stories. There is a blocked doorway in the second bay from the right. The other bays have early 19th-century small four-pane sash windows with camber heads on each floor. The roof is hipped and overhanging, with a small ridge stack located to the left of the center. This cottage is included for its group value with nearby structures.
