Description

The Parish Church of St Peter is a Grade I listed building located on Folkington Road. It was constructed partly of flint and partly of stone rubble, featuring a weatherboarded bell turret. The church consists of a chancel and nave that are not separated by an arch, along with a small wooden bell turret and a north porch. It dates back to the 13th century and includes Perpendicular windows. The interior boasts a crown post roof and an octagonal Perpendicular font, as well as panelled stone monuments dedicated to Thomas from 1697.
