Description
These stables, dating presumably to 1843 and likely designed by Donthorne, are situated to the north-west of Folkington Manor. The stables are constructed of squared knapped flints with red brick dressings, quoins, and a flush eaves cornice. They have a slate roof. A central gatehouse features a stone carriage archway with a cartouche above it. A room sits above the archway and is topped by a castellated red brick parapet. Lower stable ranges are situated on either side of the gatehouse.
