Description

This is an 18th-century building originally designed as a school cottage and subsequently divided into two separate dwellings, Holly Tree Cottage and School Cottage. The building is constructed of stone rubble with red brick dressings and quoins. It has a half-hipped tiled roof and features casement windows. The property is two storeys high and has five windows.
