Description
Hollytree Cottage and Myrtle Cottage are a pair of cottages dating from the 18th century. They are constructed from Isle of Wight stone rubble with red brick dressings, although Hollytree Cottage has been whitewashed on the front. The cottages feature thatched roofs with three brick chimneystacks and are two storeys tall with two windows each. Myrtle Cottage has two 9-pane sash windows on the first floor, one 9-pane sash window on the ground floor, and a 19th-century casement window. It also has a modern plank door. Hollytree Cottage has 9-pane sash windows on the first floor, casement windows on the ground floor, and a 20th-century stone and weather-boarded porch.
