Buddington Farmhouse is a 17th century or earlier house that has been restored and altered. It is constructed of uncoursed stone and stone rubble, featuring red brick dressings, quoins, and a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The building has miscellaneous modern windows and stands two storeys high with five windows in total.
