Description

This table tomb, located 4 metres north of the church in Froxfield, dates from the late 18th century. It is made of stone and has a rectangular shape. The tomb features a moulded cap and corner balusters, each topped with moulded caps and bases. The design of the balusters is echoed in the recessed centre of the long sides of the tomb. The base is also moulded, with the short ends displaying single panels and the long sides having two panels. The inscription on the tomb is worn.
