Description

The walls and gatepiers of the former kitchen garden, located to the southeast of the house, date from the 18th century. The kitchen garden is enclosed by stone walls. At the center of the southeast side, there is a pair of stone gatepiers topped with ball caps. Following the death of Sarah Tripp in 1823, the gap between the gatepiers was filled with a stone wall featuring an ornamental clairevoie above.
