Pitts Garden is an L-shaped cottage that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It has a timber-framed structure that has been refaced with ashlar. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The cottage features casement windows and a doorway that has a flat hood above it, along with a low rectangular fanlight. The building has two storeys and three windows.
