Description

This is a dovecote located in Hurstpierpoint, dating from the mid-17th century. It is constructed of flint with red brick lacing courses and may have been raised in height during the 19th century when cambered window openings were added. The roof is hipped and tiled, featuring a gabled apex with doveholes. There is a blocked opening at the rear.
