Description

This is a 18th-century cartshed located 30 meters east of Grange Farmhouse in Tichborne. It is constructed with a timber frame that is clad in weatherboarding and corrugated iron, topped with a corrugated iron roof. The structure features six bays and has a hay loft above. The roof is a half-hipped queen post design, with old hip rafters remaining that suggest additional bays were once added. In front of the cartshed, there are 20th-century steel gates.
