Description

Church Green Cottage is a small house built in the late 18th century, with a 20th-century extension and restoration. The walls are made of painted brickwork in Flemish bond, featuring cambered arches over the ground-floor openings and a cemented plinth. The roof is plain tiled, with a catslide at the rear. The front of the house, which faces southeast, originally had a symmetrical arrangement of two windows but has been extended eastward by one additional window, designed in the same style. The windows are casements, and there is a 20th-century gabled porch. The cottage is included for its group value.
