Description
Martlett House and Dales House are an 18th-century house, now divided into a house and a shop. The building has two storeys and originally comprised four windows and one window-space. It is constructed of red brick and has a parapet. The front features a pair of doorways with pilasters, low rectangular fanlights, and a joint cornice above. The south doorway has a door of six fielded panels. The north house has a modern shop window. The original glazing bars are otherwise intact.
