Description
Ivyclad Cottage is a mid-18th century cottage with a later bay addition. It is constructed of brick, featuring some blue headers, and has an old plain tile roof. The building is two stories high and consists of three bays, with the bay added to the left. The entrance is now a 20th-century gabled glazed timber porch set on a brick plinth, with doors on either side. Each side of the original structure has a 19th-century two-light casement window with shutters. The added bay contains a five-light leaded casement window. On the first floor, there are three 19th-century two-light casements, with a smaller similar window located above the door. The roof is half-hipped and has a ridge stack at the left end of the original building. There is also a 20th-century single-storey addition to the right.
