Description
The Thatched Cottage is a cottage dating back to the 16th century with later work from the early 19th century. It is constructed using an exposed timber frame, with some sections brick-nogged and others close-studded and filled with flint, all set within flint walls with brick dressings. The roof is thatched and half-hipped. The building is of two distinct phases, and has one storey with an attic. It has irregular window placement, featuring casement windows, and a plain doorway.
