Description

Mill Cottage is a late 16th century house of three bays, with a rear addition dating to the late 19th century. The house has an exposed timber frame, primarily visible on the first floor, with brick infill, some of which is herringbone patterned. The remaining walls are brick, constructed in both English and Flemish bond. It has a tile roof. The south front elevation has two storeys and features three windows above a further four. The windows are casements. A traditional 20th-century porch has been added. The timber frame is exposed inside the house.
