Description
The Old Hall Hotel is a hotel dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared gritstone with gritstone dressings and some areas that are rendered. The building features stone coped gables with moulded kneelers and has Welsh slate roofs, along with stone gable end stacks and two stone ridge stacks. The corners of the building are accentuated with angle quoins.
The south elevation has three bays, with each bay containing a tripartite mullioned window with glazing bar sashes on the ground floor. Above these are glazing bar sashes set in stone surrounds, and there is a half window above in a stone surround. Between the two right-hand bays, there is a blocked doorway with a stone surround.
