Description

Kilnhill Farmhouse is a house from the early 18th century, built of coursed gritstone with gritstone dressings. It features a stone slate roof and stone gable end stacks, along with angle quoins. The south elevation has two bays and a central doorway with a stone surround, keystone, and a bracketed stone hood, which contains a 20th-century glazed door. On either side of the doorway are windows with flush stone surrounds, each containing pairs of small plain sashes. Above, there are two similar but smaller windows. The north elevation has two 2-light square section flush mullion windows.
