Description
Hall Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed from coursed squared gritstone, featuring quoins, coped gables, plain kneelers, and intermediate and end ashlar ridge stacks, all topped with a slate roof laid to diminishing courses. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, with small paned cast iron windows set within flush stone surrounds. The off-centre doorway has a quoined surround, a heavy lintel, and a shallow moulded hood supported by moulded brackets.
To the southwest, there is a garden wall with half round copings that incorporates ashlar gate piers, which are square in plan and topped with plain caps. The doorway in the wall has a semi-circular arched head and features a plain planked door.
