Description
Broomfield is a house dating from the late 18th century, constructed of evenly coursed gritstone with quoins at the southwest end. It features a ridge stack made of ashlar with moulded coping. The building has two storeys and two bays, with glazing bar sashes set beneath deep lintels. The central doorway has heavy jambs and a lintel, and it is fitted with a 20th-century half-glazed door. Additionally, there are 17th-century cast iron railings on a low stone plinth surrounding the property.
