Description
Green Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble limestone with gritstone dressings and features quoins, end and sidewall ridge stacks, including one in ashlar, one in brick, and one rendered. The roof is covered with concrete slates. The building has a 'T' plan and stands two storeys tall with three bays, including an advanced bay at the southwest end. The windows are 2 and 3-light flush mullioned types, all fitted with 20th-century casements and painted surrounds. There is a doorway located on the return wall of the advanced range, which now has a 20th-century half-glazed door.
