Description

Gauledge Farmhouse and the attached stable date from the mid-19th century. The building is constructed of coursed stone with ashlar dressings and features a blue machine tile roof, raised eaves band, and end stacks on the house. The farmhouse is two stories high with a three-window front, which includes four-pane sash windows. There is a central boarded door with a corbelled hood above it. To the left of the house is the attached single stable with a hay loft above, both of which have boarded doors and share the same ridge line as the farmhouse.
