Description

The village cross, dating from the 15th century, features a tapered stone shaft that stands on a square base with chamfered angles and is elevated on two steps. The head of the cross is elaborate, adorned with cusped embellishments. One side depicts the Crucifixion, while the opposite side shows the Virgin and Child. This cross is a Scheduled Ancient Monument and has been repositioned from a nearby site.
