Description
Church House, dating from the late 17th century and early 18th century, is constructed of coursed rubble limestone with gritstone dressings. It features a plain tile roof with stone coped gables and kneelers, along with brick ridge and gable end stacks. The house is two and a half storeys high.
The southwest elevation has an off-centre doorway that contains a six-panelled raised and fielded door. To the right of the door is a two-light square sectioned flush mullion window with metal casements, and to the left is a similar window. Further left, there is a glazing bar sash window with a flush stone surround. On the first floor, there are three two-light square sectioned flush mullion windows with metal casements. The top floor features three two-light recessed chamfer mullion windows with wooden casements. Additionally, there is a drystone garden wall along the road.
