Description

Leam Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse constructed of coursed squared gritstone rubble, featuring quoins and coped gables with moulded kneelers. The building has intermediate and end ridge stacks that have been reduced in height, and it is topped with a stone slated roof. It stands two storeys high and has two bays, with a catslide roof on the rear elevation. The windows are 2-light flush mullioned, fitted with 19th-century casements. A central doorway is enclosed by a 20th-century glazed porch that has a lean-to roof.
