Description
This stable, dating from the mid-18th century, is located approximately 13 metres to the north-east of Mount Pleasant. It is constructed from coursed squared stone and features an interlocking tile roof. The building consists of two bays and has quoins. On the right side, there is a board stable door with a four-pane overlight and a wooden lintel. To the left, there is an opening with a wooden lintel and a grid, along with a blocked opening above it. The structure has shaped kneelers and ashlar coping. The right gable has an added outshut, which is not of special interest, featuring a blocked door to its right and two rows of slit vents above. Rear additions are also not of special interest. The stable is included for its group value.
