Description
Bleach Mill Farmhouse is a house with an attached outbuilding, dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of coursed sandstone rubble and features a pantile roof with brick stacks. The house has a central staircase plan and is two stories high with a two-window front, while the outbuilding to the right is single storey. The house has a central boarded door, and there is a similar door at the center of the outbuilding. The windows in the house are three-light, small-pane horizontal sliding sashes with stone sills, and there is a fixed-light firewindow at the end on the right. All ground floor openings have timber lintels. The gable end of the outbuilding features a pitching window with a pigeoncote above it. The house has end stacks.
