Description
Nos 11 and 11A on North End is a house and shop, now two houses, built in the early 19th century. The building is constructed of ashlar stone and has a Welsh slate roof. It is two storeys high and has three bays. The structure features a plinth and quoins.
On the left side, there is an original shop front with a central half-glazed door that has an overlight, flanked by 16-pane windows, all of which have plain stone surrounds. The lintels above these windows form a frieze. On the right side, there is another half-glazed door with an overlight in a plain stone surround, with a 16-pane sash window to its left, which has a stone sill and a flat arch above it.
On the first floor, there are sash windows with glazing bars, stone sills, and flat arches. The building also features an eaves band, stone coping, and has end stacks as well as one stack on the ridge.
