Description
This building, known as 26 North End, is a house dating from the late 18th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed from coursed squared stone and has a pantile roof. The house is two storeys high and features four bays.
On the right side of the left-hand bay, there is a 20th-century panel door set in a plain surround. To the left of the right-hand bay, there is a quoined alleyway opening, and to its right, a small square window with four panes. The other windows in the building are 20th-century bow windows.
On the first floor, there is a 12-pane side-sliding sash window to the right, while the other windows have 12-pane casements. The building is adorned with kneelers and stone coping, and it has brick stacks at the ends and two more along the ridge.
