House, C18. Rendered, probably on stone. Roof renewed in concrete tiles but retained stone copings. Two storeys, one wide bay to sea has C20 door and window. Side elevation has original windows, one double hung sash with glazing bars, one without and a Yorkshire sash. Small storage outshot. Included as part of group at west end of Seaton Garth.
