Description

Yield House is an 18th-century building located on the east side of Winchester Street in Overton. It is two storeys tall and features three windows. The roof is tiled and has a half-hip at the north end, with a tapered stack attached to the south gable. The walls are rendered, with stone cills and a plinth. The building has sixteen-light sash windows. The doorway is topped with a hood supported by carved brackets and features a five-panelled door, with the top panel being glazed.
