Description

The Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage located on the east side of Ryeland Lane in Ellerby. It is constructed of coursed squared stone with a Welsh slate roof, stone copings, and stone chimneys at each end. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows, featuring leaded casement windows. A small 20th-century porch has been added to the west side. The building is included in the listing for its group value.
