Description

Compass Cottage is an early to mid-19th century cottage located on the east side of Main Street in Ufford. It is constructed of coursed stone rubble and features a Welsh slate roof with gabled ends. The building stands two storeys high and has a two-window range. The windows are small, 2-light casements with glazing bars, and the ground floor has modern shutters. There is a doorway with a glazed porch at the south end of the cottage, and a central brick stack is present. This cottage is included for its group value.
