Description

Walnut Tree House is a 17th and early 18th century house located on the west side of Hair Street, Ufford. The house is constructed of coursed stone rubble and has a thatched roof with gabled ends. It is two storeys in height, with a lower one-storey and attic section. The building has a long five-window front, featuring one-, two-, and three-light casement windows. The right-hand side of the facade advances slightly and contains a flush-panel door. There are stone end stacks and a ridge stack positioned slightly off-centre; the south stack is ashlar and has a cornice.
