Description
This is a house located at 1 Front Street, built in the late 18th century and raised in the early 19th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed limestone and features a Roman tile roof. The house has a single cell with direct entry and an extension at the rear. It stands two storeys high and has one window on the first floor. The entrance consists of a four-panel door set within a herringbone-tooled surround. To the right of the door is an unequal 12-pane sash window. On the first floor, there is another unequal 12-pane sash window, along with a blocked doorway to the right. The gable has coping with shaped kneelers, and there is a stack at the right end. This building is included for its group value with other nearby structures.
