Description
This is a barn with a stable located to the north-west of Beckside Farmhouse, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed from coursed squared stone and features a pantiled roof with stone copings and kneelers. The building is continuous, with the stable section on the right. It has two Dutch doors, two loft doors, and a regular pattern of vent-slits. In front of the stable, there is a raised terrace with a mounting block. Additionally, there is a small two-light casement window in the gable end of the left return.
