Description
Ewe Cote Farm Barn is a barn that likely originated in the 17th century but was largely rebuilt in the 19th century. It features a cruck frame and is constructed from herringbone-tooled sandstone ashlar, topped with a pantile roof. The barn is five bays long and is a single storey. There are stable doors located at the extreme left and in the center, with a 6-pane fixed window positioned between them. The gable has coping and square kneelers. Inside, the barn contains two cruck trusses at the left end, which include saddles, collars, and wall ties. The roof was formerly hipped to the left. There is a 20th-century addition on the right that is not considered of special interest.
