Description

Catter Stone is a boundary stone dating from the early 18th century. It is made of gritstone and is roughly shaped, standing approximately 0.85 metres high. The west face of the stone is inscribed with "TD" along with a benchmark. There is also a second, taller stone marked "TD" that is propped against the Catter Stone; this stone is likely another boundary stone that has been removed from its original location.
