Description
Nos 8 and 9 Sunny Place are a pair of houses that date from the early 19th century. They feature incised rendered walls and a pantiled roof with brick chimney stacks. Each house is two storeys tall with an attic and has one wide bay.
No 9 has a modern flush door, a 16-pane sash window on the ground floor, and a 12-pane sash window on the first floor. It also includes a flat-headed dormer with a small-paned casement. No 8 has a four-panel door and an early 19th-century sash window on the ground floor, which has lost its bars. Above, there is a 12-pane sash window and a dormer with two small-paned sashes. Both houses have end chimneys.
