Description

Ramley House is an early 19th-century large house located on Ramley Road in Pennington. It is constructed of grey stucco and features rusticated quoins, wide eaves, and a hipped slate roof, standing two storeys tall. The southeast, or garden facade, has a bowed center with a balustrade, three windows, and a flanking window on each side. A loggia on the ground floor wraps around the bow and culminates in a ground floor pediment, with three-light windows. Inside, there is a delicate wrought iron staircase and panelling. Ramley House, along with its gates, piers, and boundary wall, forms a cohesive group.
