Description
Myrtle Farm Cottage is an early to mid-19th century building located on Ramley Road in Pennington. The facade is finished in stucco that is grooved to resemble masonry. It features a tiled roof adorned with scalloped bargeboards and finials. The cottage has paired diagonal chimneys that rise from a straight plinth and two gables on the street facade, which also have scalloped bargeboards and finials. The structure is two storeys high with two windows that are early 19th century casements with glazing bars. A central gabled porch, matching the bargeboard and finial style, leads to a round arched door. There is also a Gothic arched side window. To the east, there is a one-storey extension made of painted brick, which features battlements.
