Description
The Green Farmhouse and adjoining barn is a private house that dates from the early 18th century. It features roughcast walls beneath a graduated greenslate roof, with roughcast chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and has two bays, with the barn located to the left under a common roof. There is a 20th-century door set within a lean-to porch next to a small gabled kitchen extension on the right side of the house. The windows are sash types with painted stone surrounds; those on the upper floor are Yorkshire sashes with glazing bars. The barn includes a 20th-century plank door and a 20th-century casement window to the right. A further extension to the left of the barn is not of interest.
