Description
The Thrang is a 16th-century house with 17th-century wings, and the barn has been converted into a dwelling. It is a low two-storey building with thick cemented walls, featuring two windows on each floor; the lower windows are new, while the upper ones have 16 panes. Inside The Thrang, there are stone floors, panelling, a spice cupboard dated 1691, old beams, and a wood-mullioned window. The interior of The Barn includes old beams with painted scroll patterns, while the exterior is new apart from the thick stone walls. The Thrang, Thrang Barn, and Thrang Farmhouse are part of a group.
