Description
Town End Farmhouse and outbuildings are in a ruined state, likely dating from the 17th century, with a later outbuilding added. The structures are built of stone rubble, with remnants of a slate roof on the outbuilding. The south elevation of the farmhouse is a single storey with two bays. The windows feature stone lintels, and there is a blocked fire window at the east end. The upper part of the farmhouse wall has collapsed. The outbuilding is two storeys high and includes a slate drip course. It has three entrances, one of which is blocked, and a window. The first floor contains a blocked opening and a pitching hole. The rear wall of the farmhouse has partially collapsed, and there are two openings leading to the outbuilding, which is one storey due to the slope of the ground. The building is listed as a ruin and serves as an example of construction methods from its period.
