Description
Wall End Farmhouse, dating from the 17th century, is a white-washed building constructed over roughcast stone rubble with very thick walls and a slate roof. It has two low storeys and features a gabled porch that includes an inner slate bench and an additional floor. The farmhouse has four windows on each floor, which are irregularly spaced and consist of small panes, with some being sash windows and others casements.
To the south-east of the farmhouse is a barn that likely dates from the 16th century, made of stone rubble and featuring a lean-to canopy on two sides, along with shippons attached at the rear and three crucks inside. The barns to the north are probably from the 17th century, also constructed of stone rubble, and are attached to the house in an L-shaped plan.
