Description

Low House is a farmhouse dated and inscribed with "MARY RITSON 1735" on the lintel. It features painted roughcast walls and has a graduated greenslate roof with rendered chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays. There is a 20th-century door set in a painted stone surround, and sash windows, including one above the left 20th-century garage door that has glazing bars. The adjoining barn is not of interest.
